Collett Kreizenbeck was just beginning to define her gift business – Only Collett – when we met. In round one, I developed text for a service card and potential taglines. Many of the tags won favor with the client, including: “Life, beautifully wrapped,” “Where gift-giving is an art form,” and “When you want to give your very best.”
However, Collett’s sense of business identity evolved. She now wanted to emphasize her ability to create entire environments around gift giving. I developed round-two text and taglines to reflect this approach. We had a winner: “Redefining the art of the occasion” captures how she sees herself and wants others to see her.
